| Wear and Use Guidelines |

These guidelines are designed to help you avoid any surprises then you turn in your
vehicle at lease end. Together with the BMW Lease-End Inspection Form and the
BMW Inspection Wheel, these guidelines will help you assess your vehicle`s condition
prior to lease end. These guidelines form the criteria that will be used during
your scheduled inspection, and the BMW Lease-End Inspection Form that will be
used during the inspection is based on these guidlines.

require an independent inspection company to evaluate your vehicle
